Joi Chua or Joi Tsai (蔡淳佳 - Cai Chun Jia) is a Singapore female singer, and was the best selling local female singer of the year in 2005 as well as having one of her album in the number four overall best selling album of the year in 2005.

Joi Chua now is one of the young talended youth in Singapore as shep erformed for the National Day parade 2005 & 2008 and also to sold-out large scale music Craze Concert in 2005.
