Meng Ting Wei is a popular Taiwan singer in 1990's famous for her sweet voice and melancholy songs. Her 90's popular songs such as Zhen De Hai Shi Jia De (真的还是假的）, Ni Kan Ni Kan Yue Liang De Lian (你看你看月亮的臉), Feng Zhong You Duo Yu Zuo De Yun (風中有朵雨做的雲), and Dong Ji Dao Tai Pei Lai Kan Yu (冬季到台北來看雨).

In the year 2000, Meng Ting Wei stop from singing and begin to learn Buddhist and produce some Buddhist Songs.

Now Meng Ting Wei returned again, and released her new album. This mini album, produced by Meng herself for the first time and featuring Beijing guitarist/composer Xia Yan, contains 5 tracks, including "Yue Liang Shuo Hua" or Moon Talk
